The Process for You

You fill out a simple form that identifies the criteria to be used for the research. You have total control of the program. After the form is filled in and before the research job is started, you are contacted by telephone to fill in additional information. This insures maximum effectiveness of the project.

Completed Research

The Research Profiles and summary page are in a Word file that is Emailed to you. BBCS Counseling Services also provides the names, addresses, and contact names of the companies contained in a database file. This database file can be used in a Mail Merge function so that your generation of personal cover letters and envelopes is simplified and error-free. We even provide a procedure to perform a Mail Merge if you haven’t done it before. If you prefer, as an extra service, we can generate the cover letters, resumes, and envelopes, and do the mailing for you.
