Almost all sites offer a combination of job and resume postings as well

as methods for emails to respond to employers and pursue career opportunities.

Companies are achieving success in the use of the Internet for finding

candidates through job postings and "data mining" of the major career

sites as well as the use of their own company sites.

Companies list about 10% of job openings on the major career sites,

but list up to 100% of job openings on their company sites.

At present, there are over four million company web sites on the Internet.

First Base: Targeted research of recruiters and individual firms in your identified career areas and in your geographic demographic preferences around the United States. We can either run off the list so that you can contact them, or we can mail/email the contact information with your resume and cover letter for you regarding a customized list of companies, contact people, and specialized recruiters.

Second Base: We place your resume on targeted and customized top 25 search engines to expose your resume to employers and recruiters searching such engines as Monster Board, Flipdog, Career Headquarters, MBA careers, 6 Figure Jobs, Netshare, Headhunter.net, Americas Job Bank, Brass Ring, etc. The resume stays on the search engines for three months.

Third Base: We search all of the executive and professional career sites and niches on the web for "hits." We place your criteria on our software for size of company, travel time from your home and career areas and find the job hits that qualify for you. Hits are job postings placed by an employer on the web, just as an employer formerly placed a want ad in the newspaper. We find the hits for you at that time, and can email the hits back that you request us to. This can be repeated again in three weeks.
